I can’t get out of bed for fear that I will run into a Republican who will try to take my BIG GOVERNMENT away. I love my earmarks. I’m a vegetarian, but I love the pork my congressman worked so hard to bring into my district. I’m not real big on wars, so if those newly elected guys and gals want to shrink the Pentagon, I can let that go. It took me a long time to get this old, and I’m not too excited about giving up Social Security and Medicare when I’m getting close enough to taste them.
I like highways and paved roads. I’m kind of a fan of education. It’s been good to me, and I’ve met a lot of attractive women while being involved in that field. The next time a tornado rumbles through a mobile home park, I find it comforting to know that BIG GOVERNMENT will be there supporting the little people whose lives have just been devastated.
So I’m not leaving my house for a while. While I’ve been cooped up in my bedroom, I’ve been using my education to work on some products that I hope will make me enough money to get into the tax bracket that will be getting extensive tax cuts from thanks to all those new Republicans.
